to Vote. Period.
No matter who you are or where you're from, your vote is protected by law. No one — not poll workers, not campaigns, not law enforcement — can take that away.
No one can intimidate you at the polls. It is a federal crime.
You do not need to show ID unless it is your first time voting at that location.
If you are in line when polls close — stay in line. You will be allowed to vote.
You can always request a provisional ballot if your eligibility is questioned.
You may bring notes, sample ballots, and your phone into the voting booth.
No campaigning is allowed within 10 feet of the polling place entrance.
