WESTMORELAND DEMOCRATS BUZZ
New Office Location: 903 E. Pittsburgh Street

Thank You to our volunteers!

The Westmoreland County Democratic Committee moved offices! The new home of our party headquarters is 903 E. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, 15601. Now that the new office is up and running, there are many volunteers we have to thank for making it all possible.

Thank you to the search team that looked at multiple properties over the years before finding a location that is visible, accessible and has ample parking.
Thank you to the volunteers who showed up on moving day with trucks, trailers and strong backs to help move all the boxes and furniture. Thanks to an anonymous donor for providing all of the office furnishings. Thanks to the volunteers who helped us pack and unpack, organize and get settled in.

Last but not least, thank you to all the volunteers who generously give of their time to keep our doors open. We could not do what we do without all of your help and support.

Stop by if you haven't already! See the new office, have a cup of coffee and some good conversation. While you're there, we might just put you to work.

County Committee Holds Endorsement Convention: Committee votes for open primary in race for Auditor General
Special Election Update: 58th District Called for Davanzo

In a statement issued Tuesday night, Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee President Jessica Post said: “Republicans should be ashamed of putting politics before the health of Pennsylvania families. The GOP knew the only way they could win was by holding an election in the middle of a national state of emergency. We’re looking forward to holding Republicans accountable for this in November.”

Both Prah and Davanzo are unopposed in their party’s primary that, for now, is scheduled for April 28, meaning they will face off again in November’s general election.
